Introduction
The service is intended solely for users possessing a valid SIM card and is offered on a subscription basis that automatically renews at the end of each
billing period unless canceled by you.
At any time, you may terminate your subscription by using the same mobile number originally used for registration. For assistance during business hours,
you can contact our customer‑care phone number.
To ensure seamless access to Mobix Gaming content, please confirm that your browser is not using any third‑party blocking tools and that you have a
reliable internet connection.
By registering for an account with Mobix Gaming, you (the “User”) enter into a binding agreement with us under these Terms. The User and Mobix Gaming
together are the “Parties,” and individually a “Party.” These Terms (including any supporting policies) form the complete and exclusive agreement between
you and Mobix Gaming regarding your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version through the Services; your continued use after such
changes constitutes acceptance of them. Mobix Gaming may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Services at any time and for
any reason.
1. Overview
Mobix Gaming offers a subscription-based digital platform that allows users to access a variety of content — including games, applications, ringtones,
wallpapers, fitness materials, movies and series (collectively “Mobix Gaming Content”). The Content is available through compatible internet‑connected
devices such as smartphones, tablets, PCs, and more (each a “Device”).
The term “Services” refers to the full range of Mobix Gaming offerings: content discovery, streaming or downloading of Mobix Gaming Content, user
interface interactions (e.g., via games.mobix-global.com), recommendations and reviews, and any software or tools required to deliver or support the
service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all access or use of the Services under those credentials,
authorized or not. Sharing your Account is prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure of your login credentials, you must notify us immediately via the Help Page email. Mobix Gaming is not
liable for lost, forgotten, or compromised passwords, and cannot guarantee recovery or reset.
We may suspend or terminate any Account — at our sole discretion — if we suspect false information, fraud, abuse, or other misuse. Changes you make to
settings or permissions may not take effect instantly; you acknowledge possible delays while our systems process them.
3. Billing & Payments
3.1 Subscription Fees
Access to Mobix Gaming Services requires a paid subscription. Subscription can be purchased directly from Mobix Gaming or through a third party such as
a mobile carrier (the “Mobile Phone Carrier”). You will incur recurring recurring subscription fees (including applicable taxes and transaction charges) — the
“Subscription Fees.” Available pricing plans and payment options are detailed on our website.
3.2 Payment Method
As part of registration, you must provide at least one valid payment method (“Payment Method”) — for example a credit card, e‑wallet (e.g., Google Pay,
Apple Pay), or carrier billing via your Mobile Phone Carrier.
You authorize Mobix Gaming to attempt charges to your Payment Method when fees become due. If the primary Payment Method fails (e.g., expired or
declined), you remain responsible for unpaid amounts. Until a valid Payment Method is provided, Mobix Gaming may suspend your access. Some payment
providers may levy additional fees (e.g., foreign transaction fees) — please check with your provider for details.
3.3 Billing via Mobile Carrier
If you subscribe via Mobile Phone Carrier billing, additional carrier‑specific terms may apply. Please refer to those separate Carrier Billing Terms for
details.
3.4 Online Payment Billing
If you subscribe via online payment methods, the Online Payment Billing Terms will apply.
3.5 Changes to Fees
Mobix Gaming may modify Subscription Fees from time to time. We will notify you in writing of any changes.
3.6 Free Trials
Occasionally, Mobix Gaming may offer a free trial (“Free Trial”) to new users. Free Trials may be canceled at any time during the trial period. Active
subscribers are not eligible for Free Trials, and conducting abusive behaviors such as registering multiple accounts, reactivating subscriptions after
cancellation, or using deceptive methods to gain trial access may result in immediate suspension or termination, at Mobix Gaming’s discretion.
Free Trial availability, duration, and terms may vary by region or type of subscription — always review the terms associated with any Free Trial offer before
accepting.
3.7 Refunds
Mobix Gaming may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds for purchases made via online Payment Methods. To request a refund, contact customer support
via the Help Page. We will evaluate each request case-by-case. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your Payment Method, minus applicable
fees. Refunds (if granted) may take 7–10 business days to appear. Granting a refund on one occasion does not obligate future refunds, regardless of
circumstances.
3.8 Payment Data Handling
Mobix Gaming does not store your full payment data (such as credit card or account numbers). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
that comply with PCI standards. We cannot access your payment data and ask you not to share it when contacting support.
If you subscribed via Mobile Phone Carrier billing, Mobix Gaming does not have direct access to your carrier account. In the event of an approved refund,
you will need to supply your banking details so we can issue the refund directly.
4. Terms of Use
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the Services. Individuals under 18 may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal
guardian, and under that person’s Account — fully subject to these Terms.
4.2 Authorized Use Policy (AUP)
The Services and all Mobix Gaming Content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Permitted uses include:
VPN Use
We recognize that VPN use is legal in many areas. While Mobix Gaming does not prohibit VPN use per se, we remind you that using a VPN may affect
pricing, available services, and terms. It is your responsibility to disable any VPN when using Mobix Gaming to ensure that you receive the correct version
of services, pricing, and regional availability.
No Prize or Gambling Claims
Mobix Gaming offers games, apps, or content solely for entertainment — not as gambling or prize‑winning platforms. There are no monetary rewards,
physical prizes, or any implied chance to win associated with using the Services.
4.3 Content Availability
The content available to you may vary depending on your subscription type and your geographic location. Mobix Gaming may change the available
content at any time, without prior notice.
4.4 Software Updates
Mobix Gaming software (or related third‑party software) provided to access the Services may be updated regularly. By using the Services, you consent to
receive such updates automatically. If you do not accept automatic updates, please do not use the Services.
4.5 Display Quality & Internet Connection
The quality of streamed or downloaded Mobix Gaming Content may vary depending on your Device, geographic location, internet connection bandwidth,
and other factors. You are responsible for any internet access charges incurred. Mobix Gaming makes no guarantees regarding display quality, speed of
start, or uninterrupted streaming.
4.6 Device Compatibility
Mobix Gaming does not guarantee that all Devices will support all features of the Services. Compatibility depends on the hardware and software
specifications of your Device. If issues arise, you must address them with the manufacturer or seller of your Device — not Mobix Gaming.
4.7 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services — directly or indirectly — in any of the following ways:

we believe there is a good‑faith reason, we may share such communications with law enforcement or other relevant authorities to protect our rights,
property, users, or third parties.
4.10 Use of Third-Party Services
Mobix Gaming may integrate with third-party applications or platforms (e.g., social media, external app stores). If you use the Services through such third-
party apps (“Third-Party Apps”), you acknowledge that you are subject to their separate terms and conditions. Mobix Gaming is not responsible for the
availability, performance, or accuracy of features provided via those Third-Party Apps.
If you connect a Third-Party App to your Mobix Gaming account, you accept that Mobix Gaming may access certain information from that app, and you
may revoke such access at any time through the third‑party app’s security settings. However — revoking access may limit or disable some of Mobix
Gaming’s functionality for you.

Mobix Gaming reserves the right (but is not required) to refuse, remove or block any content at its sole discretion. Mobix Gaming is not liable for any loss
or damage caused by content removal or refusal to publish.
10. Intellectual Property

Mobix Gaming may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In the event of termination for
breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.
11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under the Terms immediately end, and you must stop using the Services. Any obligations or liabilities accrued
before termination will continue to apply.
11.5 Survival
Provisions relating to account security, prohibited uses, indemnification, intellectual property, liability limitations, and other clauses that by their nature
should survive termination, will continue to apply even after termination.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional policies or agreements referenced herein (including privacy policy, carrier billing terms, online payment terms,
etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and Mobix Gaming. They replace any prior agreements, commitments, or understandings.
12.2 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Mobix Gaming’s prior written consent. Mobix Gaming may assign its
rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, without restrictions.
12.3 Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Mobix Gaming electronically (e.g., via email). All notices will be sent to the email
address you provided during registration.
12.4 Force Majeure
Mobix Gaming will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if caused by events beyond its reasonable control —
such as natural disasters, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
12.5 Subcontracting
Mobix Gaming may subcontract any part of the Services or obligations under these Terms. Mobix Gaming remains responsible for the performance and
compliance of its subcontractors.
